At HONZEN Bali, guests are treated to the exquisite artistry of Japanese cuisine. We craft and serve a selection of authentic Japanese delicacies, highlighting omakase menu courtesy of Chef, exclusively served in the Sushi Kimura room. Each of HONZEN’s corner – from the main dining hall, to the teppanyaki rooms and Sushi Kimura room – is designed with traditional Japanese ryokan (inn) in mind, showcasing light wooden accent and large windows, seamlessly bringing the surrounding zen garden in.
